The unlimited access to the waterpark was a fantastic highlight for my family, keeping us entertained for hours. The staff were exceptional, especially during our late arrival, ensuring we had a smooth check-in experience. I was also pleased with the sea view from our room, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. My son loved the slush puppies at the bar. he claimed they were the best he ever had.

Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room left something to be desired.

We had so much fun! The kids loved the attractions, especially the water park. The breakfast was delish, but we had a bit of a tough time finding vegetarian options for dinner. Shoutout to Tomas, the restaurant manager, who helped us out! Just be ready to deal with some queues at the park.

The water park has a slippery side, which resulted in an ER visit for one child. The grill area offers a diverse menu, but the execution is lacking. meats can be tough and seafood too rubbery. If you're near the event area, expect noise late into the night thanks to the festivities. prepare for cold water in the pools—it's chilly, especially for kids, and the reservation policy for sunbeds is rarely enforced, leading to towel wars. Finally, the food can get repetitive and is often served lukewarm, with slow service during peak dining hours. There's also limited access to bottled water, which feels a bit off for an all-inclusive setup.

This place suits me perfectly, providing 24-hour reception, wi-fi, a snack bar, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff even helped me with travel tips during my first stay. I recommend enjoying the children's play area! I'm coming back for Easter.
